## Narrative

Employee reported dismounting a haul truck and straining EE's shoulder. MRI reviewed and physical therapy prescribed on December 10.  MRI indicated multiple degenerative conditions suggesting tendinopathy, arthritis and bursitis.  No work restrictions or days of work missed.
