## Narrative

IE tramming coal hauler towards continuous miner to get cleanup car in entry # 7. As they were tramming towards continuous miner, they ran over a metal roof strap in intersection, just outby where continuous miner was cutting. Strap came into operator's compartment striking IE on side of the rib cage below arm pit causing a laceration.
