## Narrative

As the contractor was drilling a hole to install a roof bolt, a small rock fell from the mine roof and landed on drill pot while it was rotating. A small, sharp piece from the rock then hit the contractor in the chin causing a small laceration. (2) sutures were required to close the wound.
