## Narrative

While installing tracks on bulldozer ee had debris contact left leg after striking the track chain with a 10# sledge hammer.  Investigation suspects shrapnel broke from the alloy head of the hammer and struck ee that resulted in a small cut on lower leg.  Employee was treated by medical responder then transported to a hospital where medical treatment was provided.
