Narrative

While removing a 2"" diameter pipe using a 18"" pipe wrench, a 2"" connector broke. The pipe which was under pressure broke loose and struck EE on EE's left eye brow causing a laceration. The employee was examined, treated, and eight sutures placed above EE's left eye.
