Narrative

EE attempted to climb up to cab using the drivers side ladder. As ee was grabbing the horizontal handhold directly below the windshield hand slipped off the handhold while boots slipped off the ladder. EE fell approximately 6' to the ground landing flat on the R side of body. Scheduled for back surgery 01/04/19.
