Narrative

The contractor was building a brattice on unit #3. The average mine height on this section is 9 foot. As ee was stepping down off a ladder and inadvertently pulled one of the hollow cinder blocks down and it struck ee on top off left foot. X-rays revealed that ee had (4) fractured metatarsals in left foot.
