## Narrative

Employee was on a diesel mantrip and ran over a piece of old belt that was lying in the supply road.  The belt caught on the tire and pulled employees left leg backwards and bruised lower leg causing a hematoma.  On December 13, 2018, doctors surgically drained hematoma.
