EE was checking splices on the overland belt, when EE lost EE's footing and got EE's undershirt sleeve caught on a piece of tin that covers the belt line. While EE's sleeve was caught by this tin EE jerked EE's arm back to free EE's shirt causing a laceration to the right forearm. Area was slick and wet due to temp and moisture. Belt was not running at the time of accident.
