## Narrative

Employee had exited underground office going next door to the break room to start the day shift crew. Shortly after leaving the office the employee was found by another employee lying on the floor in front of the break room unable to remember how employee had gotten there or what had happened. Employee had several abrasions on the facial area and a cut on lip.
