## Narrative

Employee was descending stairs, slipped on mud and while trying to catch self from falling, strained right shoulder. Employee was taken to the ER, referred to an ortho, who then prescribed a sling, and restrictions the company cannot accommodate, pending an MRI. Currently ongoing.
