## Narrative

EE was walking down an access ramp in the pit to see the best way to pull pipe down the ramp. EE stepped on uneven ground and lost footing. EE began to fall and knees and struck a sharp rock. The contact caused a laceration to right knee. EE also sustained a contusion to left shin. EE was taken to the clinic and ee received stitches for laceration.
