Narrative

Driver of the 525HT backed into the right side of the shovel to get loaded. The shovel operator honked for the driver to stop. The haul truck operator felt what they believe to be the dipper door drop open and hit the haul truck bed followed by the material being dropped into the bed. This caused a rough load to the driver of the haul truck.
