Narrative

IE was attempting to pull off cart full of belt material off the elevator, cart got stuck on a lip and IE claims to have felt soreness in back. Cause of this incident was proper body mechanics and awareness. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equipment was not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor. Employee worked up to the 15th then went to seek medical attention.
