Narrative

Employee was attempting to remove the packaging from surveying tape. Employee went to cut zip ties with pocket knife. The employee's momentum from the upward force cutting the zip tie. The knife slipped and cut the employee on the left pointer finger. The cut was deep enough that medical treatment was required. The employee received 5 sutures to close the wound.
