## Narrative

The EE was straightening up materials on a supply car that was parked in the Crash Pit. The employee went to step back and slipped, striking EE's right shin on the supply car. The employee had some swelling and a contusion. The employee did not violate any laws or company polices and was wearing the appropriate PPE. The employee worked up to 1/19/19 when EE began missing work.
