Narrative

Employee was moving 4"" schedule 40 pipe over about 4"" to hook it up to drisco. Upon lifting the end of the pipe EE felt a ""pop"" in left elbow. EE was seen by the on site medic and referred to a Medical Center to be evaluated. EE was then referred to a specialist and diagnosed with a ruptured tendon.
