## Narrative

Employee was installing bolts on the 4-E longwall recovery face. As EE was tightening a bolt using a breast drill, the machine jerked unexpectedly pulling on EE's left arm. Had pain and soreness in EE's shoulder. EE continued to work until 1-21-19 when EE sought medical treatment and began missing work.
