The operator disputes the allegations set forth in Citation No 9183995 and submits this report solely to terminate the Citation. Employee was lifting a belt stand on 6 West Belt when EE experienced pain in the lower back resulting in a strain. It didn't involve any compliance issues, job skills, proficiency, training, or attitude.
