## Narrative

The employee was in the process of installing roof bolts in the #6 heading. After drilling with a piece of starter steel, EE lowered the drill pot. The starter steel was stuck in the mine roof. EE raised the drill pot back up to connect to the steel. EE's right middle finger was crushed between the drill pot and the piece of steel in the mine roof.
