## Narrative

EE was walking down the #3 entry carrying 2, 27"" pumpable can crib bags. As EE was walking, they stepped on a loose piece of coal/rock and rolled their left ankle, causing them to twist & fall to the mine floor. EE suffered a left ankle fracture & dislocation as a result. EE was wearing required PPE and didn't violate any rules or regulations.
