Narrative

EE was working on clean up in the Primary Tunnel. The material was compacted so a chipping gun was needed to break up the material. During operation of the chipping gun, the employee felt a pop in wrist. EE was taken to the clinic; ee was re-evaluated on 01/29/19 and was issued restrictions.
