Employee was lifting a track stop block and felt pain in EE's left groin area. Employee went off work at that time for heart surgery. EE was released by EE's cardiologist on 2/07/2019 and is now being reported as a LTA as EE is having surgery for a hernia EE suffered on 9/07/2018.
