EE was walking through a belt trench/construction area and stepped on a small rock causing them to stumble. Trying to regain balance, they stepped on a belt roller that was placed in the area for installation. The right foot rolled over the roller, into the mine floor & they fell. EE has training, experience & was wearing required PPE. EE didn't violate any rules or regulations.
