Narrative

When putting a roof strap onto the strap jack, a rock fell out of the top, on the opposite side of the miner, causing the other end of the strap to bounce up and hit the employee's left hand. The employee worked up until 1-25-2019 and was then admitted to the hospital for infection to hand.
