## Narrative

The miner was tapping out a sheared bolt on a motor housing and using PB Blaster to tap it out. When that didn't work, the miner began to torch the metal to loosen it. The residual PB Blaster flashed at the miner and EE received 1st degree burns to EE's face and neck.
