## Narrative

EE was standing beside a single head roof bolting machine when 2 small rocks ""popped"" out from the mine roof and fell. 1st rock knocked off the EE's hard hat and the 2nd rock struck the EE on the head causing a laceration approx. 1 1/2"" in length. 5 sutures were required. EE has experience and is properly trained. Was wearing all required PPE.
