Narrative

Dozer operator was attempting to reach the crest of recently shot material. The dozer operator took an aggressive angle and did not see the oversize material in path. The dozer tracks started sliding sideways in a downward motion until the right track came into contact with oversize rocks causing the dozer to tip onto side.
