Narrative

Employee was manually spreading chloride to melt ice along the inside edge of the railroad rail passing through pellet loadout. The employee stepped on the rail and slipped resulting in pain to the left knee. Employee was able to continue working. The pain didn't go away and ultimately EE had knee surgery on February 14th to repair the knee. (Meniscus)
