## Narrative

Alleged injury occurred when the EE's knee failed when EE slipped travelling across the 1st floor of the Prep Plant. The EE feels root cause of injury is a result of an injury prior to work and EE's pre-existing knee conditions. The EE didn't violate any regulations, has proper training, experience, and was wearing required PPE. This report is not an admission of any violation.
