Narrative

Employee had been working on top of a ram car. As EE went to get off of the car, EE fell to the mine floor landing on EE's face and left shoulder. This resulted in fractures to EE's nose and an unknown injury to EE's left shoulder. EE was unable to return to work EE's next shift.
