Narrative

Injured EE was using a 6"" powered hand grinder to remove the old bolt flange on the West #3 scrubber inlet. While cutting off flange the blade pinched in the cut resulting in the grinder kicking back and striking the EE in the left neck/collarbone area causing a laceration.
