Narrative

EE was working on E-21/E-23 chute on the first landing. EE lifted a 12"" x 24"" liner out of the truck and carried it over to the concrete platform at the base of the transfer tower. As EE stepped up to the concrete, EE felt a strain in left knee. EE continued to carry 2 additional liners up to the platform but the pain persisted.
