## Narrative

Miner was cleaning entry for track installation utilizing a Fairchild scoop.  While cleaning, the scoop ran over the track rail causing the operator's deck to make contact with the mine roof. The miner's head was slightly pinched between the mine roof and scoop frame.  Resulted in lost work days and sutures.
