## Narrative

An employee went up a step stool to access a mobile unit and had to go down the step stool in reverse to open the door. When the employee placed right foot on the ground right ankle was twisted because ee placed foot where the sidewalk ends and the grass begins. The employee was holding the door and a laptop computer and was not holding on to the railing.
