Narrative

A fully trained miner was a passenger on a rail mounted mantrip when EE claims that EE's neck was jarred. EE worked 3/4/2019 and on 3/5/2019 decided to seek medical treatment. The injury was not the result of any compliance issues nor were any protective guards involved.
