Narrative

On 2/26/2019 a employee was closing a valve at shoulder level with right arm, in doing so they felt a pop followed by pain in the right shoulder. EE was seen at ER where they were referred to a Orthopedic Surgeon. Was not able to get an appointment until 3/8/2019 at which time a MRI was ordered & employee was restricted. MRI was positive for a rotator cuff tear.
