Narrative

Employee believes to have twisted EE's knee by stepping on and off a platform while bolting from a twin boom bolter in the 8 South Beltline. Injury resulted in a sprain/strain and was given a knee support. Cause of injury was physical ability. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor.
