Narrative

EE was operating the miner in the #5 entry. EE was cutting #5 to #6 break. A rock measuring 3'x4'x2"" to 10"" thick fell from the corner striking EE on the back. EE was knocked down to the mine floor and pinned with the remote box underneath EE.
