Narrative

The employee was working on 1WHG Section, helping to hang a tube in the #2 recovery chute. A piece of rock/coal fell out of the mine roof and struck the employee in the mouth. The employee received four stitches in EE's gum. The employee did not violate any laws or company polices and was properly trained.
