## Narrative

Employee attended the 7 AM  safety meeting. After meeting they were walking out, came back in to trailer indicating they could not catch their breath. Called plant safety. Administered first aid, called ambulance, was taken to hospital. Employee was diagnosed with anaphylactic reaction.
