Narrative

EE was installing a plastic sheath guard back onto a chainsaw blade. EE was sliding left hand over the blade when their hand slipped & caught one of the chainsaw teeth. The contact caused the EE to sustain a small cut on the left middle finger/palm. The EE was wearing work gloves at the time of the incident. EE received steri strips x 3.
