## Narrative

While two employees were repositioning a classifier drive shaft after it was placed on a repair stand, the drive shaft slipped off one of the stand saddles and one of the employees right middle finger was caught between the shaft bearing guide and a stand saddle causing a fracture to the last bone in that finger.
