## Narrative

The employee was working on 6 East L/W Section delugging track ties. The employee had the rail jacked up, and placed a header board sideways to try and support the rail. When the employee went to remove the track tie, the header board kicked out and the rail came down the on employee's right foot. The employee did not violate any laws or company polices.
