Narrative

Employee had EE's right hand resting on EE's roof bolter's glue tray as EE was retracting the boom. A drill steel that was lying in the glue tray stopped moving when it got against a stack of boards. EE's right middle finger was forced against the end of the drill steel causing a laceration and fracture to the finger tip.
