Narrative

The employee was traveling on 9 South Mainline Haulage in #70 7man diesel mantrip. The mantrip struck a broken rail at 146block 9 south haulage, causing the employee to strike multiple parts of body against the mantrip, neck, back, knee, and shoulders. The employee didn't violate any laws or company polices, and was properly trained.
