## Narrative

Employee stated ee was shoveling the belt line on the Byrd #1 belt at Break 0 when a piece of slate rock fell from the mine roof and struck the employee on the right forearm and left ring finger. The rock measured approximately 2.5' in length X 1.5' in width X 1' in thickness. NOTE: This employee didn't start missing work until 4/2/2019.
