Narrative

IE was cleaning the ""chuck"" on the drill pot. IE left the drill steel hanging from the roof bolt hole the IE was drilling. The drill steel fell down striking IE's left hand between the drill steel and the drill pot. This resulted in a fracture of the left hand.
