## Narrative

While moving trailing cable, the IE slipped on the freshly bladed ground and felt a pop in the right arm. EE was taken to the ER for evaluation and referred to an Orthopedic Dr.  The IE was seen by an ORTHO and scheduled for an MRI. The MRI reading revealed a tricep tear that required surgery to repair.
