## Narrative

Injured was cutting entry when a piece of draw rock (2"" to paper thin) fell from in between rib and bolt striking them on lower back area.  The X-Ray and CT Scan taken at ER were negative and employee was suppose to return to work. Another doctor took them off pending MRI.
